1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as “Final Sale”

Gift cards

Customised or personalised items

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact our Customer Support at asad@zayinternational.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with instructions and a return address.

Package the item securely and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (except where goods are faulty or incorrect).
5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and indicate your desired replacement.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
